Got a big plan, but just can't seem to find the time and resources to actually do something about it? Well, if that's the case, then Levi Strauss -- and its Dockers brand pants -- have got an offer for you. According to a Dockers press release, "The Dockers brand is challenging men to love what they do or get busy doing what they love by presenting one lucky winner with $100,000 (post tax!) in the “Wear the Pants Project” contest. The Dockers brand is also giving away an additional 43 “Man Grants” (total value: over $75,000 in services, tools, resources, or cash) each week through the end of November 2011. The contests are about encouraging men to take action – whether it’s that small project that never got done or a bigger life’s passion. To enter the contests, men must submit a plan for actualizing their dreams, whether professional or personal, on the Dockers Facebook page."

And despite the fact that this contest is clearly aimed at men, women are welcome to enter as well.

How to enter the $100,000 Wear the Pants Project Contest:

• Go to Dockers’ Facebook page and click on the "Win $100k" tab
• Fill out the entry form
• Write an essay (up to 400 characters) about your passion for a particular plan/goal you have for your life and how you hope to achieve it
• Share your plan and ask your friends to vote for you

The deadline to enter is March 15, 2011 (eastern time). A panel of experts will review the Top 50 plans (by community votes) and select five finalists. The social community will vote on the final winner from April 25th - May 1st. The winner of the grand prize will be announced on May 2nd. In addition to the $100,000 (after tax), the winner also will receive a year’s worth of Dockers khakis. The first 500 people to enter will receive a free pair of Dockers khakis. Each entrant also will get a sharable coupon for 30% off Dockers khakis.

• Check out the weekly Man Grant post
• Submit your plan in the comments section

You can submit a plan every week through November 24, 2011 (new Man Grant post each week). Those who enter need only sign up once, and they’re eligible all year. A panel will judge the entries based on originality, creativity and suitability to represent the Dockers brand. In addition to the $2000 grant (in cash, services, tools, or resources), each winner will also receive a pair of Dockers Pants. Every entrant will get a sharable coupon for 30% off Dockers pants.
